A SaaS product to sell, or a store with rules a hosted platform can't hold. Multi-tenant, billed, secured and shipped to infrastructure you own.

The outcome
Some ideas aren't a configuration problem. There is no plugin for a pricing model only you use, or a marketplace with three kinds of seller, or a subscription product with usage billing. Starting from a template means spending the first six months fighting it.
We build these two ways. If you are selling software, it's a SaaS build: accounts, organisations, billing and an admin side, on infrastructure in your name. If you are selling goods and your rules have outgrown a hosted shop, with B2B pricing, vendor splits or real inventory logic, it's an ecommerce build. Either can begin as a working first version you put in front of customers before the full platform.

Both start from the same production foundations. The difference is the product on top.

Usually, yes. A first version, from £18,000, lets real customers use the thing before you pay for the whole platform, and it is built on the same foundations, so nothing is thrown away. If you already know the full scope, we can go straight to the platform.
You do. The repo, the database, the Stripe account and the keys are all in your name from the first day. There is no Canarlo runtime in production and no licence fee.
It depends on scope, and we don't guess at kickoff. A short discovery and architecture phase fixes the timeline in writing, and a Blueprint can do that work on its own if you want the plan before you commit to the build.
