Canarlo is an engineering studio in Leeds. We exist because the way software gets bought is broken: a paragraph of requirements, a quote nobody can evaluate, then months of hoping.
So we separated the thinking from the building. Everyone starts with a fixed £8,000 Blueprint. Then you decide who builds it — us, you with AI, or anyone else. That is what plan-first means.
Code, infrastructure, accounts, keys and the plan itself. Retainers should be earned every month, not enforced by ownership.
